National Committee on the Reform and Harmonisation of Arbitration and
ADR Laws in Nigeria in conjunction with USAID has scheduled a stakeholders
conference for the 22nd of May, 2006 at Hilton, Abuja. The purpose of
the stakeholders conference is to give stakeholders the opportunity
of having an input in the proposed Federal Arbitration Act and the proposed
